If your webspace is/was already set up: The link you followed here did not work, please try the following:

  • Check the Web browser address bar for typos or incorrect file/folder names
  • Check your REMOTE site to make sure the file/folder was uploaded. The remote site is server side of your FTP client.
  • Check the Web browser address bar for duplicate or missing folder names in the address (i.e. folder name twice in a row or username missing)
