put things in boxes. Give things a descriptor. Label it so they know
exactly what it is. We hate labels. We are more than just an internet
design company. And we do much more than develop websites. We are an
idea company. A collective of people who can’t stop thinking of
ways to solve problems. We are a team.
Again, don’t go thinking we mean that we are an actual team. We’re talking metaphorical, baby. There is no dugout. Or bench. Or sideline (although we do hit some home runs and drink our share of beer). At, BKWLD, we look after each other. Because great ideas don’t happen in a vacuum. Colossal thoughts shouldn’t be contained to one person. And concepts can always be improved. Internally and externally. That’s why we invite our partners to be part of the process. To contribute opinions. And to participate in our dreams. Because the people we are lucky enough to work with aren’t just associates, they are part of Team BKWLD too. So, to everyone who desires to be
part of something bigger (and maybe grander) than they could have ever
